The hotel is pet-friendly with a nice dog area and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast could use improvement; some food items weren't fresh. it was clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Some noise from neighbors at night.

The outdoor pool is a fun perk for summer splashes. The staff greets you with a smile, and the breakfast is a nice touch, even if the coffee isn't gourmet.
The bathroom could definitely use a deeper clean.

La Quinta By Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge is ideally situated for travelers. The staff was accommodating and the hotel exterior is inviting. While the rooms need some renovation, the breakfast spread was excellent and the amenities in the bathroom, especially the shower products, were top-notch.

Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff make this a solid choice. The breakfast could definitely use more variety.

This hotel shines in many areas. The property looks newly updated. The location is ideal—convenient to the interstate and plentiful dining options. Breakfast exceeded expectations with fresh bagels and cooked items, although the coffee needs improvement. While I appreciate the cleanliness, attention to detail was lacking. Crooked lampshades and dusty surfaces detracted from an otherwise stellar impression. The noise from the mini-fridge was unsettling. A simple heads-up at check-in could have alleviated that. Staff should also prioritize food safety; seeing kitchen staff in gloves wandering through the lobby raised concerns. This hotel has great potential, but attention to these nuances is essential for a truly exceptional experience.

The room had a terrible mildew smell, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up every morning sore. Plus, the parking situation was a nightmare—had to park far away every time!

Comfortable bed, quiet room with easy access to the interstate and a fantastic selection at the free hot breakfast that made our mornings enjoyable.
Can’t think of anything.

Despite being a busy holiday weekend, noise was minimal, letting us enjoy a quiet night. Dove amenities in the bathroom added a nice touch, though the mini-fridge emitted a persistent whistling noise that disruptively echoed throughout the night. The front desk staff was helpful, promptly relocating us when we encountered an initial issue. While the bed was cozy, we found a stain on the sheets, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The overall experience was pleasant but had areas needing attention.

My experience was fantastic, being just a short eight-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga made my weekend strolls so convenient, with attractions like Audubon Acres and the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway all within 2.5 km, plus a nice variety of restaurants only a few steps away, including a Wendy's and a Cracker Barrel. The hotel itself was clean and fresh, with great amenities, but the pool was unavailable during my stay which was a bit of a letdown.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff is super friendly.
It wasn’t budget-friendly, but for the quality, it’s still acceptable.

Excellent fit for a fleeting trip in Chattanooga with value for price. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The warm swimming pool was a highlight, perfect after a long drive. Quick service upon arrival was appreciated, but the first room we were given was unclean, and the second had a leaking issue. The mattress was far too hard for comfort, leading to a restless night. The breakfast was decent, better than many others, and the staff was friendly but could improve communication about noises from the mini-fridge or pet-friendly guests nearby. Next time, I’d definitely request a quieter, dog-free room to enhance the stay.

The bed and pillows were super comfy, making for a great night's sleep. The room was tidy and well-maintained. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near Interstate 75, making it easy to hop on and off the highway for exploring the city or heading to nearby attractions.
The hotel had a musty smell in the room and elevator, which was a bit off-putting. there were some cleanliness issues reported by other guests, which was a bit concerning.

Staying at this hotel near Camp Jordan Park was convenient for enjoying the golf courses and catching minor league baseball games. The quick drive to Chattanooga city center and Brainerd Golf Course gave us ample options for family fun.
My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities for family stays.

It was epic to be so close to the action and hit up the golf courses. The short drive to the city center and the Brainerd Golf Course was totally convenient for our squad.
More rad nightlife options nearby would have been lit for us party animals.

I was disappointed to find a musty smell in my room, and the pillows were uncomfortable. However, the facilities and location were great. The outdoor pool and fitness center were a bonus. I'll recommend this hotel.

The breakfast area was awesome looking with better, than, average food options. The location, just 8 minutes from my event, was convenient.

we arrived early and the hotel was very accommodating by letting us check in early, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast with a lot of seating. the newness of the decor. all furniture looked and felt new. the paint and wallpaper was new clean and fresh. color scheme of purples and taupe were soothing. yes they had the complimentary usual breakfast fare. more importantly to us was how quiet the Saturday night stay was. located immediately off i75 it was still very quiet. the mattresses were firm and queens instead of skimpy fulls. ✅
Could not be improved in any way 😊

Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay at La Quinta. The ironing facilities were handy for freshening up my outfits, but I found the heating a bit inconsistent. The air conditioning helped with the humidity in the room, but I wish there were more control options. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch. I was pleased to see that rollaway beds were available upon request, offering flexibility for families or groups. The free toiletries provided were basic but sufficient. it would have been great to have more variety or higher quality options. One thing that stood out was the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. It's a small detail, but it can be important for some guests. On the bright side, housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room clean during my stay. my experience at La Quinta was a mixed bag. There were some conveniences like ironing facilities and rollaway beds, but areas like heating control and tea/coffee amenities could use some improvement. Hope this gives you a better idea of what to expect!

I was near top attractions, free breakfast was a savior, and the fitness center helped burn off all those extra breakfast calories.
I just love a room that smells like wet dog, just adds to the charm of the place, wouldn't you say? .

This pet-friendly hotel was a breath of fresh air with its green areas and convenient location just off the Interstate. The newly done hotel impressed me with its modern design and cleanliness. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The management was friendly and provided helpful local advice. a wonderful experience during our stay as young families before heading to Atlanta Airport for our flight.
Some carpets had a slight odor due to irresponsible pet owners, but easily manageable with my trusty spray.

the la quinta was very clean and in a great location - just down ringgold road. there were lots of good dining options nearby. the sausage biscuits were just the ticket, and the staff was super friendly.
Strongly recommend.
